Presider: This Sunday we welcome the promised Advocate, the Holy Spirit sent by the Father and the Son to be the source of grace, guidance, and inspiration. Let us lift our prayers to God through the Spirit.

Presider: Father, through you Son we have received the Holy Spirit whom we think of as the person of Love in your Trinity. Attend to our prayers and provide our parish community with your grace to empower us to live the way your Son revealed to us. We ask this in the name of Jesus who lives with you in the Unity of the Holy Spirit, now and forever.
