CELEBRANT: Gracious and loving God, you light the way for a world that lives in darkness. Help us to be bearers of that light to our times, make us faithful disciples of your Son, and attend to our prayer, voiced in the name of the One who calls us by name, Christ Jesus, who is Lord forever and ever.
